The Flex-H concept is a system of three H-shaped flex notches positioned at the front of the foot. It guarantees optimum foot flexibility during the propulsion phase.

The Heel Roll concept is based on a sole geometry in which the rear outer part of the heel is raised and rounded.
Studies conducted by Decathlon SportsLab have demonstrated that the foot rocks from back to front and from inside to outside.
Our design teams created the Heel Roll geometry to guide and stabilize this movement naturally.
