Our team designed these self-adhesive patches to repair holes and tears in your mountaineering down jackets and sleeping bags.

Down jackets can be torn! Fortunately, they can be repaired with this self-adhesive patch to prevent the tear from getting bigger or feathers from escaping.

PRODUKTINFORMATIONEN

Self-adhesive

Self-adhesive patch, for use in the field without any need to heat the patch. It can be used on any type of sandwich made of synthetic component or natural filling.

Application

Tuck the down or wadding inside the down jacket.
Clean the edges of the tear with water and leave to dry completely.
Cut the patch to size, rounding off the edges.
Peel the patch off the white film backing and stick it over the tear.
Remove air bubbles by pressing from the centre towards the edges of the patch.
Carefully remove the remaining transparent film.
Apply pressure to the patch evenly so that it adheres properly to the fabric.
