Resistance bands are elastic accessories that can replace kettlebells or dumbbells. Rather than relying on the weight of equipment, you take advantage of the band's resistance to stimulate your muscles, while alleviating joint stress.
How do you explain the resistance of training bands?
The resistance of a training band, also known as a resistance band or elastic band, refers to the force required to stretch the band. This resistance is measured in kilograms. For example, for an elastic band with a resistance of 15 kg, you need to apply a force of 15 kg to stretch the band to 200% of its size.
What parts of the body can be trained with training bands?
Training bands can be used to work various muscle groups in the same way as conventional weights.
They lend themselves to all your favorite exercises:
- Bicep curls;
- Front or side raises;
- Jumping jacks;
- Pull overs;
- Squats;
- Pull-ups;
- Pull-ups....
With them, you can progress and push your limits on each muscle group more progressively than with dumbbells.

Why opt for a set of 3 training bands?
The different resistances allow you to vary the intensity of your exercises, to progress in strength and to adapt your work to different muscle groups. This also gives you the possibility of adapting the elastic bands to the different phases of a training session (warm-up, workout, cool-down).
So, rather than buying each elastic band individually, opt for this pack of 3 training bands to multiply your sporting pleasures and save money.
What are the resistors in this set of 3 training bands and what are they used for?
This set includes 3 elastic bands weighing 15 kg, 25 kg and 35 kg.
For muscle strengthening, we recommend starting with a low-resistance training band. When you're able to do lots of sets with this elastic, you'll be ready to move up to higher resistance.
To help you with pull-ups, for example, opt for a high-resistance band. The stronger it is, the easier your pulling movement will be.
How to use a training band safely?
Make sure you always check the anchoring point of the elastic band to prevent it coming loose during your workout (especially if you use it as a support for your pull-ups).
If you notice any nicks or white marks on the band, avoid using the elastic band, as this could indicate a danger of breakage during exercise.
How to care for training bands
Our elastic bands are not designed for use in swimming pools. We have not tested their resistance to chlorine.
To preserve all their qualities, we also recommend that you avoid storing them in places exposed to wide temperature variations or in direct sunlight.
Finally, to avoid premature damage, we also recommend that you avoid using them on sharp or abrasive surfaces.
What are the dimensions of the elastic bands in this set of 3 training bands?
