DESIGN

The punchingball has been designed to work the fists. A foam bulb and a stable metal spring base ensure a responsive punch. The height (125-155 cm) can be easily adjusted by means of a knob on the central metal rod.
The base can be filled with 30 liters of water or 50 kg of sand.

USE COUNCIL

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
