Warranty The bike has been reconditioned and is covered by Tuvalum's 12-month warranty. Batteries and motors are covered by a 6-month warranty.

All bikes are inspected, serviced and reconditioned in our laboratory to a unique certification standard of over 100 checkpoints.
- We check the structural integrity of the frame and fork.
- We check all components. Consumables and wearing parts are replaced if necessary.
- We ultrasonically clean the transmission (cassette and chain).
- We carry out a complete lubrication of the bike.
- We ensure that all components and parts comply with the European Union's General Product Safety Directive (GPSD 2001/95/EC).
