*The return of bulky products is subject to a charge. For standard product returns, a prepaid label is sent.
We do not accept product returns:
  • ● Are not clean or have an odor (laundry, tobacco, etc.).
  • ● Which are not properly maintained, used in a manner not in accordance with their intended use or instructions, subject to normal wear and tear, customized, or intentionally damaged.
  • ● Without composition labels
  • ● Perishables, such as food, beverages, dietary supplements, etc.
  • ● Gas cylinders, safety products without labels or with traces of wear, chemicals, or knives without original packaging.

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, a 2-year warranty applies. Certain Decathlon products may benefit from a commercial warranty longer than 2 years. The duration of this warranty is indicated on the product page or in the instructions for the items concerned.

How do I return my Decathlon* product?

*Exclusive service for products sold and shipped by Decathlon on decathlon.ch and/or sold in physical stores Decathlon. Products sold by our partners (third-party sellers) are not accepted in our stores.

How to return my product Decathlon ordered on decathlon.ch?

*For partner products (third-party sellers) or second life, please refer to the conditions below. For bulky products, our customer service department can organize a home pick-up at your expense.

How can I return my product from a partner (third-party vendor) ordered on decathlon.ch ?

Partner products are products offered by external sellers via our decathlon.ch website. You can recognize a partner product Decathlon by the words "sold and shipped by" on the product page. You have 30 days to return items (new and unused) that are not to your liking. For an exchange, return the unsuitable item and place a new order. Return conditions are defined by our partners and can be consulted in their general terms and conditions of sale, which can be accessed from the product page by clicking on the partner's name. We do not accept returns of partner products in our stores, nor in our warehouse Decathlon.

In general, refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the parcel in our partner's warehouse. The conditions of each partner can be consulted on the product page, by clicking on the partner's name.

How do I return a Seconde Vie product purchased on decathlon.ch?

We do not send return labels for our Second Life products. Please include your order number, contact details and reason for return in the parcel, so that your return can be processed. In general, your return is processed within 14 working days from receipt of the package in the warehouse.

In-store returns:

Please present your proof of purchase (invoice, order number or customer account) at the reception desk of your Decathlon store, so that the return can be processed on the spot.

How do I return a product Decathlon purchased on galaxus.ch or manor.ch?

In-store returns are not permitted. Products must be returned to our warehouse Decathlon. To do this, the return must be reported from your Galaxus or Manor customer account.
