A very thick but light wool overlay, made in Europe from European merino wool and cotton. Ideal for yin yoga, meditation, relaxation, yoga nidra, shavasana, or simply for coziness.

Instructions: using the elastic bands on the back, you can easily attach it to your yoga mat.

Our washing instructions are as follows:
- Wash the carpet in the wool program of your washing machine at 30 degrees.
- Make sure the centrifuge speed does not exceed 600 rpm. Wool carpets will shrink if the speed is too high.
- Use wool detergent (in small quantities).
- If you wash other things with the wool carpet, make sure you only wash wool and not other types of fabric.
- Never use fabric softener
- Never put the wool carpet in the dryer. It will shrink irreparably.
