Equipment must be returned clean and on time. A fee of CHF 10 will be charged for very dirty items or missing barcodes. Any delay will be charged as an additional rental day.

Refunds will only be made in the following cases: On presentation of a medical certificate attesting that the person can no longer practice sport. ATTENTION: After 21 days from the effective date of the contract, no refunds will be accepted. Refunds will only be guaranteed on presentation of the rental contract with customer card number.
