How do I prepare my energy cake in the oven or microwave?

This product can be reconstituted to make chocolate energy cake(s) as desired before training or competition.

To prepare a cake: In a cup, mix 100 g of powder with 80 mL of cold water until completely homogenized. Cook the mixture in the microwave at 800W for 2 minutes.

The amount of water and cooking time can be adjusted according to the desired consistency and the characteristics of the equipment.

How do I prepare my energy cream?

Instructions: This product can be reconstituted to make chocolate energy cream(s) as desired before training or competition.

To prepare cream: Mix 100 g powder with 60 mL cold water until completely homogenized. Consume within the hour.

The amount of water and cooking time can be adjusted according to the desired consistency and the characteristics of the equipment.
