WHEN TO USE YOUR Activator?
It is recommended to take at least 3 mg/kg bodyweight of caffeine about one hour before the desired moment of action. Repeated intake during a longer period of exertion (e.g. the second half of a competition) is generally less effective and should be tested in advance.
How to prepare your Activator
For the best possible effect of ACTIVATOR during competitions, we recommend avoiding caffeinated drinks for 2-3 days in advance.
Can you use Activator for weight loss/drying?
One ampoule contains 12Kcal, so this product can be taken for the dry.
Composition
Water, fructose, plant extracts 2% (guarana, maté, green tea), acidifier citric acid, caffeine, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, sodium saccharin), flavour, preservative potassium sorbate.

Restrictions
High caffeine content. Not suitable for people sensitive to caffeine, children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
General information on caffeine
Numerous studies confirm the performance-enhancing effect of caffeine, which has been used in sports accordingly for many decades. Optimum dosage depends on body weight, ideally 3 to 5 mg per kg of body weight.
Caffeine is classified as an A-supplement (the most effective supplement category) by the Swiss Society for Sports Nutrition (ssns.ch).
