How do I use this product?
This holder is glued to the shell of your smartphone. Given the size of the holder, we advise you to purchase a second case dedicated to your bike, which will replace your daily case when you're out and about. To avoid the risk of losing your phone, we advise you to use a relatively enveloping phone case.
Exclusive locking system!
We've invented a system for locking the shell onto a standard Garmin®-type 1/4-turn bracket. A double action (lifting the tab and turning the holder) is required to remove the smartphone from the holder. This system prevents accidental loss of the smartphone.
You can use the female bracket supplied with the product, or use another Garmin® bracket of this type, such as a remote bracket.
In the pack.
This product consists of the following components:
- A "male" adaptor, to be glued onto the shell of your smartphone.
- A "female" support, type Garmin, to be installed on the stem (preferably) or handlebars of your bicycle.
- Elastic straps, for quick and easy installation, or flex-bands for extra strength.
- A non-slip rubber strip, to be placed underneath the support, which will prevent the support from moving.
Installation tips.
To ensure proper bonding of the adapter, the surface of the shell must be dry, clean (degreased) and smooth. Apply strong pressure after gluing.
Make sure the adapter is placed straight on the shell, and test for correct positioning on the phone shell before gluing.
The lever can point upwards or downwards. Test its accessibility for unlocking on your bike in the 2 positions before gluing.
