Why isn't my device compatible?

If you're listening to music on your phone, the audio signal is digital. In order for your headphones to generate sound, the signal must be converted to analog. This conversion is done by a DAC.
If the smartphone is equipped with a 3.5mm jack, this conversion is done by the phone (DAC is integrated)
But if the phone is not equipped with a 3.5mm jack, there is not always an integrated DAC.
This product is not a DAC. On a phone without an integrated DAC, the headphones will not work.
