EN 14450 S1 standard
This cabinet complies with standard EN 14450 S1, which defines the requirements, classification and test methods for burglary resistance, concerning domestic safes.
This standard guarantees that the resistance of the strong cabinet has been tested and validated (steel, structure, lock, pull-out...) to enable a burglary attempt to be slowed down with limited tools.
Warning! This standard is distinct from that of a safe (standard EN 1143 - 1).
Quality control
To ensure that our strongboxes are beyond reproach, we have relied on the expertise of a supplier working with the world leaders in the field. Based on our plans and requirements, and drawing on its know-how and industrial facilities, we were able to produce products of exemplary quality.
Lock security
The lock on this cabinet complies with standard EN 1300 class A, which defines the classification of high-security locks according to their resistance to burglary (high-precision cast steel, 280,000 possible key combinations; 8-point lock).
This lock is made in Germany.
Caution! Keys are not reproducible.
EN 14450 S1 certification
The VdS laboratory (based in Germany) is one of the most demanding certification bodies in Europe. Through a series of burglary tests, it checks, validates and certifies the conformity of the strongbox to the EN 14450 standard.
This certification body is recognized at European level (in the same way as A2P, for example) by insurance companies. This is why we have chosen this laboratory to certify our strongboxes.
How do you store your weapons?
Your weapons must be stored unloaded, cleaned and dried. The introduction of humidity inside the cabinet could lead to the appearance of rust on some of your weapons.
You may wish to add a dehumidifying solution (e.g. sachet of silica, etc.) to the inside of your strongbox.
The foam inserts supplied with your product will secure your weapons in the racks to prevent accidental dropping.
