WHY A 3-PIECE BALL?
The Tour 900 ball is a ball for expert players. It has to be long on the drive and stop very quickly on the green. These are two opposing qualities. For driving, you need a ball that comes off the driver face quickly, with little backspin. For wedging, on the other hand, you need maximum backspin. To achieve this, you need to start with a 3-piece ball.
3-PIECE URETHANE
The core guarantees the ball's initial speed, while the urethane cover hooks the club's grooves to generate backspin. The Tour 900 ball's surlyn interlayer acts as an interface between the core and the urethane cover. It enables fine-tuning of the distance/softness/control ratio.
CLASSIC OR GLITTER
The Tour 900 is available in two colors: white or yellow. The yellow Tour 900 has an attractive glitter finish that makes it look even more dazzling on the course.
AIM JUST RIGHT

SHE'S HAD A MAKEOVER
The Tour 900 ball has been given a new "ice blue" color, a white that veers very slightly towards blue. Of course, it's still a white ball, but if you compare it to the old version, the difference is perceptible and reinforces its premium appearance.
The marking has also evolved. The number is now black, which is the norm for bullets with a compression of around 90/95 (it's red for bullets with a compression of over 100).
