How to set up a pogo ball

To inflate the balloon:
- Open the back of the inflation pump, where the needle is located. Remove the needle and screw it onto the pump.
- You are now ready to inflate the balloon. Caution: the logo and inflation valve must face upwards: they are never in contact with the ground during practice.
To install the board on the balloon:
- Insert the board around the balloon, until the board rests on the demarcation line in the middle of the balloon.

How to use the balance ball

This fun balance game will appeal to children aged 5 to 12. The ball must be inflated to a pressure of 0.62 bar (9 psi). The pump and needle are supplied with the pogo ball.
To use the pogo ball, the child climbs onto the board, with one foot on either side of the ball. Once they've found their balance, by squeezing the ball between their two feet, they can perform small bounces to move around. This fun activity is sure to keep your children entertained.
