Beach rugby, a popular summer sport.

Beach rugby, as its name suggests, is played on the beach. Two teams, sometimes mixed, of 5 players compete on a pitch 40 m long and 35 m wide. It can be played in 2 ways: with or without contact. It's based on the codes of rugby, with simplified rules, no touching, no mixing and a quick throw-in. You'll work on running, dexterity and team spirit, all in a vacation atmosphere!

Size 5 : 15 years and +
Size 4 : 10 to 14 years
Size 3 : 5 to 9 years
Size 2 - Midi : 3 to 4 years
Size 1 - Mini : less than 3 years

Inflation / Grip

To optimize inflation, grip and cushioning, I advise you to under-inflate the ball, the foam component will provide more softness and the embossed relief will provide more grip on the ball.
