How do I choose the right size for my GR ball?
In order to practice Rhythmic Gymnastics correctly, the gymnast must have a ball adapted to her age.
- Before the age of 11, a 16.5 cm ball should be chosen.
- After the age of 11, an 18.5 cm ball should be chosen.
It is recommended to use this size as soon as possible as it corresponds to competitive standards.

How do I maintain my GR tank?
Because we know how precious your gear is, here's our advice:
- Wash the ball with a little dish soap, water and a soft surface sponge.
- Rinse well and rub gently.
- Dry with a microfiber cloth to avoid abrasion.
