For a good bounce, what pressure should you inflate your netball to?
An over-inflated or under-inflated netball won't give you the best feel for the game.
The recommended netball pressure is clearly indicated on the ball by each manufacturer.
Ideally, you should use a pump with a pressure gauge to be precise.

Which ball to play netball with?
If you're looking for a tough ball, choose a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good touch, you'll need a PVC ball. For netball, choose a size 5 ball.
