- Your bench won't take up any space. In the stowed position, this weight bench is compact and has integrated bar storage for 28 mm bars.

The only safe, European-standard entry-level bench
- The European standard stipulates that if half the load is removed, the product will not tip over. On similar products, this standard is not respected. Our weight bench is equipped with hooks to guarantee compliance with this standard, and above all, your safety.
- Our stanchions can support up to 50 kg each (tested 2.5 times without breaking).
- We've opted for close-spaced stanchions for greater product compactness.

For your safety, never exceed the maximum weight supported by the bar rest.
The bench supports a maximum of 200kg, divided into 100kg user and 100kg load.
Always check that you have replaced the pins before your session, and if there is any play, retighten the nuts.
The stanchions are not detachable, so this bench is not designed for squats or sit-ups.
Installation and assembly time
Assembly of this bench by an adult takes 30 minutes.

- Barbell bench press 4×6 reps
- Barbell incline press 3×10 reps
- Dumbbell pullover 3×12 reps
