How to maintain my 100 weight bench
After each workout, it's a good idea to wipe down the bench with a damp cloth. This helps to prolong the life of the bench, as the sweat released during exercise can be acidic and cause long-term damage to the bench's coating. It is also advisable to wear a T-shirt or use a towel to protect the bench during exercise.
