What should I use my weight bench for?

If you want to work on the bench press with a barbell, think about the bar rest (called a Rack). It will ensure your safety during the movement.

Did you know? Vary your angles with the 900 bench for maximum results!

Did you know that, anatomically speaking, there is a distinction between the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, sub-pectoralis and pectoralis major? That's a lot, isn't it? So why limit yourself to the supine position?
That's why the 900 bench has been designed with different degrees of inclination: the inclined position targets the upper pectorals, while the declined position focuses on the lower pectorals. The vertical position, on the other hand, will challenge your shoulders.

Training with the 900 bench: all exercises

Bench press (0°)
Incline press at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°
Military press at 80°
Decline press at -15°
