Did you know that, anatomically speaking, there is a distinction between the pectoralis major, the pectoralis minor, the sub-pectoralis and the pectoralis major? That's a lot, isn't it? So why limit yourself to the supine position?
That's why the 900 bench has been designed with different degrees of inclination: the inclined position targets the upper pectorals, while the declined position focuses on the lower pectorals. The vertical position, on the other hand, will challenge your shoulders.
