The 900 bench has been designed with 7 different degrees of inclination to enable you to work different muscle groups and fascicles. The inclined position targets the upper pectoral muscles, while the declined position works the lower pectoral muscles. The vertical position works the shoulders.

2 seat variations to secure your movements
In addition to these 7 inclinations, this bench has 2 seat variations.
You can be horizontal for bench presses, or incline the backrest to work on chest raises or inclined bench presses.
The seat variations enable you to perform your movements without slipping, and to find the right posture to progress while preserving your back.

The 900 weight bench is equipped with non-slip glides to keep it in place even when you're working with the maximum load or for particularly intense sessions.
Its feet are height-adjustable to compensate for any unevenness in your floor. Once you've set up and adjusted your bench, it won't move. Unless you need to move it, of course.
A clever bench to make training easier
So that you can concentrate on the essentials, we've created a weight bench that's full of tricks:
- Its thick foam is super comfortable.
- For good freedom of movement, its backrest is narrower at shoulder level: it doesn't block the shoulder blades during exercises.
- It's made to last and support your weight and that of your loads (within the total limit of 300 kg)
- It's equipped with castors for easy movement between 2 movements.
How do I install my 900 weight bench?
The 900 bench arrives unassembled, and will take around 15 minutes to assemble. You can find instructions on the support site Decathlon by clicking on the banner below the product data sheet.
If your floor is uneven, you can use the adjustable glides on your 900 bench to compensate for irregularities and ensure great stability.

Have you finished your workout? Remember to wipe the entire surface of the 900 bench with a damp cloth. This reduces wear and tear on the surface by removing sweat. You can also protect your bench with a towel during your workout, or by wearing a T-shirt.

The 900 weight bench is solid and sturdy, made to last over time. But if the structure becomes damaged, or if the foam, coverings and accessories wear out, you can replace them!
