Why use a meditation bench?
The meditation bench makes your meditations more enjoyable and prevents the joint pain they can cause. The posture the bench gives you allows blood to circulate in your legs, while avoiding excessive pressure on your ankles and knees.
How to use the meditation bench
Simply get down on your knees: unfold the legs of the bench and pass it behind your legs. The seat is slightly inclined for greater comfort.
The weight of your body is therefore entirely supported by the bench, and not your knees or ankles, which can be painful.

Our bench is 45 cm long, 15 cms wide and 16 cms high. Its weight is 1.235 kg.
