Our models are tested in use, and we regularly update them in response to customer feedback.
Are products tested before they are sold?
Yes, of course! 100% of our fabrics undergo rigorous laboratory testing to guarantee your pleasure and safety. We test colorfastness, wash fastness, moisture wicking... we call it a "torture test".
And then what? Is that all?
No, it goes on. Athletes like you test our outfits. We listen, analyze their impressions and improve where necessary. Now your sportswear can see the light of day!
What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
You have 365 days to return your product if it doesn't meet your expectations, in any DÉCATHLON store (unless it's full of sweat anyway...). And don't forget that there are also free 7-day product tests (using a bank pre-authorization which will be debited automatically after the 7 days), so you can be sure as soon as you buy that this is the product for you!
