Barbecue composition
1 frame with feet | 1 ash pan | 1 cooking grate | 1 "cold hand" handle | 1 lid | 1 fire grate | 1 cardboard storage box
Precautions for use - read instructions
Before use, make sure you are in an area where fire or barbecuing is permitted, and do not use within 5 meters of a tent or dwelling. Do not use in enclosed spaces.
During use:
- The barbecue becomes very hot, so do not touch it until it is completely cool, or use special gloves.
- Flames protrude from the top of the product. In windy conditions, the flames will be larger and stronger.
Tips for tasty grilling
Wait until the grid is hot, then handle it with your "cold hand".
Arrange the food on the grid with the help of a utensil. There should be no flames in contact with the food, otherwise remove from the heat for a moment.
Sear and turn the food frequently on each side. Once cooked, let the food rest on the lid.
Storage tips
After use, leave the grill on at high power for a few minutes with the lid closed. The power of the burners will burn off any grease residues. Smoke will emanate from the barbecue opening
Once you've finished, the barbecue will stay hot for a long time. Let it cool down, and then put it back in its storage/transport box.
Maintenance tips
After cooking, while the grill is still hot, clean it with a wire brush.
After use, you can wash your barbecue with hot, soapy water. Use a sponge and/or special brush to remove any stubborn traces of grease. Allow to dry before storing. The product is 100% stainless steel, which prevents rust/corrosion.
