How to use the Inox compact 4-person camping barbecue safely? Start by reading the instructions carefully.
Before use, make sure you are in an area where fire or barbecuing is permitted, and do not use within 5 meters of a tent or dwelling. Do not use in enclosed spaces.
During use:
- The barbecue becomes very hot, so do not touch it until it is completely cool, or use special gloves.
- Flames protrude from the top of the product. In windy conditions, the flames will be larger and stronger.
How to light the Inox compact barbecue?
- Place a bed of charcoal on the "fire grate" at the bottom of the ash pan.
- Place kindling on top with fire starter. The drier the wood, the better the combustion.
- Light the fire and let it burn naturally.
- As soon as the charcoal has burned optimally, refill it with charcoal (do not exceed the maximum level - see instructions) and stir using the "cold hand" handle.
- For a perfect ember, light the fire using the lid.
How do you grill to perfection with the 4-person Inox compact barbecue?
As soon as the embers glow, place the grate on the stove to heat for 2 minutes. It must not touch the embers. Handle the grid with a "cold hand".
Arrange the food on the grid with the help of a utensil. There should be no flames in contact with the food, otherwise remove from the heat for a moment.
Sear and turn the food frequently on each side. Once cooked, leave to rest on the foil-covered lid.
How do I maintain my Inox compact camping barbecue?
After cooking, while the grill is still hot, clean it with a wire brush.
After use, you can wash your barbecue with hot, soapy water. Use a sponge and/or special brush to remove any stubborn traces of grease. Allow to dry before storing. The product is 100% stainless steel, which prevents rust/corrosion.
How to store the Inox compact camping barbecue?
Once you've finished using your barbecue, it will stay hot for a long time. Make sure the fire is finished, and spray it with water to speed up the process and ensure it's out and cool. Move the barbecue and empty the ashtray. Once cool, return the barbecue to its storage/transport box.
