Ingredients: Cereals 46.5% (whole wheat, wheat flour, whole oat flakes 7.3%, corn flour, whole rye flakes, barley malt extract), wheat syrup (liquid and dehydrated), caramel pieces 4.5% (sugar, butter (milk), whole and skimmed milk powder, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins), sunflower oil, sugar, salt, gelling agent: pectins, natural caramel flavor, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols. May contain traces of: peanuts and nuts.
