A new recipe that takes your opinions into account:
To start with, we've made our bar less sweet: that's because we've replaced glucose syrup with rice syrup.
Next, we've removed all additives and ingredients that don't add value, and those that are sometimes criticized. Here are a few examples: we've removed sorbitol, aromatic caramel and fatty acid sucroesters, and above all: no more palm oil!
Anne-Sophie, Product Manager at Aptonia tells us about her commitment to offering you healthier, more responsible products.
"When you look at the recipe for a product, there are a lot of ingredients that you don't have in your kitchen. The idea is to create products that are as similar as possible to the way you cook at home. Of course, when we produce sports food, certain additives are compulsory, but we know what we met and why. We wanted a product that would give pleasure, but better adapted to sport. And above all, there's a real desire to stop using palm oil."
The cereal bar is all about... taste.
"Why a new recipe? For a healthier bar, adapted to your opinions and practice, in your bike bag or water bag. So our design team turned its attention to a new formula. With a challenge: to provide more value with better products.
And since all tastes are in nature, we tested our recipes!
And the result is a healthier, palm-oil-free bar that's still delicious!"
