Store your 1.20m barbell properly for long-lasting enjoyment

This steel bar does not appreciate humidity! So don't store it outdoors or in a damp place (e.g. cellar).
You can wipe it down with a damp cloth after your workout.
Most of our body-building racks are equipped with a bar holder on which you can store the bar. If you don't have a bodybuilding rack, we've developed a storage rack (ref: 8788246) where you can easily store your bars and weights.

Here are our coach's suggestions for using your 1.20m barbell

Leg and buttock toning with 1.20m barbell:
- Barbell lunges 4x10-15 reps per leg
- Barbell squats 3x10-15 reps
Back strengthening with 1.20m barbell:
- Rowing bent-over chest 3x12-15 repetitions

For each exercise, start on the low repetition range with 2 repetitions margin and increase by one repetition per week until you reach the high range, then increase the weight and start again from the low range, and so on.
