Why use a curl bar?
The undulations of the curl (or z) bar provide a grip that stimulates the biceps and triceps, and takes the strain off the wrists and forearms. You recruit new muscle fibers by varying the exercises compared to a normal flat bar.

All 28mm bodybuilding weights are compatible with this curl bar:

Store your curl bar properly to keep it fresh for a long time!
Your curl bar is made of steel, so moisture is its enemy. Be sure to wipe the bar with a damp cloth at the end of your session.
Then store it in a dry place (garage, for example).
To store it easily with your weights, we've created a storage rack (ref: 8788246) and most of our bodybuilding racks are equipped with a bar holder.
Our coach suggests some exercises to do with the curl bar
Muscle-building exercises with the curl bar:
- Biceps: standing curl: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
- Triceps: front bar: 4 sets of 8-12 repetitions
You start each exercise with the minimum number of repetitions, always keeping open the possibility of doing 2 more repetitions at the end of each set. Then increase by one repetition each week until you reach the maximum. You can then increase the load and decrease the number of repetitions.
