Dimensions and weight of the 45cm threaded barbell
- Length: 45cm
- Diameter: 28mm
- Weight bar + nuts: 2,3kg
- Max load: 60kg
- Loading length: 15cm per side
- Inside length: 12cm
Why choose a 45cm threaded barbell?
The threaded bar means you can load more than with a non-threaded bar, which requires disc stops. The smart stop discs, for example, have a weight limit of 15kg in the vertical position, while the threaded bar with nuts has a maximum weight of 30kg per side.
It measures 45cm, allowing you to load up to 60kg on your dumbbell!
How to use your threaded bar safely?
- Respect the 60kg maximum limit on the bar.
- Make sure you tighten the nuts before you start and retighten them between 2 sets, especially if you're doing dynamic exercises.
- It's perfectly normal for the nuts to unscrew a little during movement.
