Training bar kit dimensions and composition
This kit contains:
- 1 bar in 3 parts (diameter 28mm)
- 2 elastic training bands 15kg
- A carry bag
The stick assembled with the 3 parts + the karabiners which are attached to both ends weighs 1520g. The stick assembled in 2 parts + carabiners weighs 1040g. Each carabiner weighs 35g.
The bar measures 135cm in length if you use all 3 attachments.
It measures 92cm with 2 attachments.
What is the purpose of this bar + elastics kit?
The combination of bar and elastics allows you to work on your strength and power, without straining your joints.
You can adjust the length of the bar according to the exercises you want to perform, and replace the 15kg elastics with stronger ones as you progress (up to a maximum of 35kg). Its QR code suggests sessions you can do with the kit.
And the 3-part bar makes this kit ultra-compact, so you can take it anywhere!
Use the bar and its elastic bands safely
Make sure you've screwed down the bar before you start. Also check the condition of your elastic bands before you start. If there are any white areas or small tears, we recommend replacing them. Your elastic bands should not exceed a resistance of 35kg (per side).

Upper body circuit training session:
- 3 to 5 laps of the following circuit, 1 to 2 minutes recovery at the end of each lap
- 20 to 40'' recovery between exercises
When you finish exercise 1, go on to the second after recovery, etc.
Do 8 to 12 repetitions of each exercise with the kit.
- Military bench press
- Rowing with wide grip
- Biceps
You can increase the number of repetitions or add exercises as you progress.
