Is this pull-up bar suitable for your door?

Check these criteria to make sure our pull bar is suitable for your door:

- A door frame with a lip of at least 1cm is required. The bar rests on it, so if there isn't one, it won't work.
- Door thickness between 7 and 20cm
- Door width between 60 and 90cm
- Space around the door: the bar measures 104cm. Make sure you have enough space on both sides of the door. The bar will not work on a door in a corner.

Why choose this pull-up bar?

Don't let the ease of installation fool you! It allows you to perform bodyweight pull-ups in a variety of grips: hammer, wide or standard. This way, you can mobilize all the muscles in your arms, back and even your abdominal muscles. In supination (palms facing you), you put more strain on the biceps. In pronation (palms forward), you work the back muscles.

How to install this pull-up bar for safe practice?

It is imperative to set the bar to the correct thickness AND door width.
- Set the runners to the correct width.
- Adjust the bar thickness using the saddle clamps, making sure the bar is horizontal and the runners rest flat on the door jambs.
- Check that the bar rests firmly on the door frame.
- Always make sure the pull bar is correctly positioned before practicing.

What accessories should I use with this pull-up bar?

If you're new to pull-ups, you might opt for a strong resistance elastic band to take the load off, for example:

If, on the other hand, you're already well trained.e, you can weight yourself with our vests:
