- The 100cm pull-up bar extends from 95cm to 120cm.
- It is suitable for a minimum space of 95cm, and weighs 2.6kg.
- The end caps on each side are 4.7cm in diameter.

What are the special features of the 100cm pull-up bar?

This door-frame-mounted pull-up bar has been designed for maximum safety.
The blue ring at the right end of the bar locks the central (black) part in place so you can't loosen it during use.
Always check that the bar is securely in place by giving it a quick tug before starting your set.

How do I install the 100cm pull-up bar?

The QR code on the pack contains a video on how to install the bar.

Without screws:
- Adjust the length of the bar by turning its two ends (balance the two sides of the bar)
A red Stop appears if you go too far when unscrewing.
- Tighten the central part of the bar to fine-tune the length. Tighten the central part of the bar to fine-tune the length.
- Slide the small blue ring into one of the two notches to secure it.

With screws:
- Drill holes at the right height with a level and slide in the screws and end caps.

Safety and maximum bar weight

- Without screws: the bar supports a maximum of 100kg.
- With screws: the pull-up bar supports a maximum of 120kg.
The bar, screwed or not, must not be installed on plasterboard supports or softwood door frames.
Always remember to slide the blue ring and pull the pull-up bar a few times before starting your series.
This bar is not designed for head-down exercises.

Accessorize your pull-up bar!

If you're just starting out, you can use the pull-up assistant (ref: 8643988), this adjustable elastic band allows you to take off some of your weight and adapts to your progress.
Once you've mastered the pull-ups, you can, conversely, wear a weighted vest (ref: 8736051 and 8734579) to increase the difficulty and keep progressing!

You can find some of the components of your drawbar in spare parts.

On our service site, you'll find some of the parts you'll need to repair your drawbar. The blue ring which secures the bar is replaceable (ref: 8758386). The blue buffers (ref: 8758388) at each end of the bar can also be replaced.
Our spare parts are available 10 years after purchase.

Always start with the minimum number of reps, then increase the number of reps by 2 as you progress.
