A CARBOHYDRATE-RICH MARZIPAN FOR AN ENERGY BOOST
60 to 90 g every hour is the amount of carbohydrates recommended by sports nutritionists for high-intensity sports sessions. Our almond bars are consumed during exercise, for a quick energy boost. They are recommended for all endurance athletes.
A REDUCED LIST OF INGREDIENTS
For the health of sportsmen and women, we have revisited the recipe and reduced the list of ingredients to keep only the essentials. The result is a marzipan with an easy-to-understand composition: sugar, almonds, honey, pectin, sea salt and vitamins useful during sport.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ALMOND PASTE, DATE PASTE AND FRUIT PASTE?
These 3 bars have a slightly different texture, taste and carbohydrate/fat/protein balance. In fact, almond pastes contain slightly more fat and protein than date or fruit pastes. Above all, it's a question of preference. And there's nothing to stop you combining them, and alternating the pleasures of taste during a long outing.
Good to know: 100 g of almonds contains around 21 g of protein.
