Install my dips bar properly for foolproof stability
So that you can devote yourself exclusively to your training, choose the floor on which you place your bars carefully. If there are any irregularities, the bars may move.
You can also wedge the bars in place with weights or weighted bags.
Test: if it doesn't move, it's ready!
Re-lock the butterfly screws to eliminate any play in the product.

How do you store your dip bars once you've finished training?
Want to be able to store your dip bars until your next workout?
You can fold them up for storage!
The feet swivel in line with the gripper tube. They are parallel to the tube. It's as if you'd laid the product flat.
You can then slide them under a piece of furniture.
To further optimize space, a "storage" position has been provided on the product, making it as compact as possible.
Intensify your dip bar exercises
If you want to make your dips more complex, you can use our 5kg (ref: 8736051) or 10kg (ref: 8734579) weighted vests.
If you're just starting out, you can use our training bands to help you with your dips.

To start:
- bodyweight dips 3x3
- delest dips with elastic 3x8
Then 2 options:
- Push-ups for the more advanced 3x10 to 15 reps
- Dumbbell seated (or standing) bench press 3x10
To finish:
- Inverted row on dips bars 4 x 8 to 12 reps
- Dumbbell triceps behind head 3x12 to 15 reps
Keep 2 reps margin after each set
Take 2' recovery between sets and exercises

What other exercises can I do with dip bars?
As their name suggests, these bars enable you to work the upper body with dips, but also reverse rowings or push-ups.
You can also work your legs with bodyweight, but also dynamically or explosively: with the bars vertical, you can work your supports as with a speed ladder.
Static with L-sits or dynamic with leg raises.
I don't use my dip bars anymore. What should I do with them?
If you've progressed, evolved or changed your practice and no longer use your dip bars, we'll take them back!
This product has been designed to last, and even if you've used it regularly, it's normally still perfectly usable.
