Designed for intensive use

Co-designed with the French Sailing Federation and sailing clubs, the Tribord 5S PRO has been reinforced for intensive use by professional sailors (clubs or rental companies). We've also added features that are essential for this particularly demanding type of use:
- Towing rings.
- Sail can be reefed from 5.6m² to 3.2m².
- Dismasting and storage with the hull inflated.

Easily-arched sail

To enable use in a wider wind range and for a younger audience (children in sailing clubs, for example), we've developed a sail that can be easily reefed, wrapping around the mast and reducing the surface area from 5.6m² to 3.2m².

Navigate with complete peace of mind

Particular attention has been paid to on-board habitability and comfort: sleek deck, high boom and wide U-shaped bench seat covered with foam pads.
- Flat hull for maximum stability.
- Floating sail: foam positioned at the top of the sail to limit overturning.
- Handles accessible at various strategic points on the boat, notably for easy reefing.
- Furling sail on land to reduce 5.6 m2 to 3.2 m2.

SAIL EASY!

A helm to steer you and a sheet to trim the sail. No other adjustments are necessary, either when setting up or sailing, so that you can fully enjoy the sensations provided by the boat.

An educational windvane is supplied with the boat to help you adjust the sail.

SAIL ANYWHERE!

The Tribord 5S PRO can be assembled as close to the water as possible. Thanks to its removable wheels and featherweight (39kg), there's no need to depend on a harbor or launching structure.
All types of water are accessible to you: the sea, lakes, river branches...

It is the user's responsibility to check navigation conditions (current, sea conditions, wind) and access rights before going out on the water!

The thrill of light sailing!

In collaboration with our naval architects Tanguy de Lamotte and Anne-Claire Le Berre, we wanted to develop a high-performance, reassuring boat.
It will make all the sensations of sailing accessible to you: the glide, the chop under the hull, the pleasure of playing with the wind...
The water becomes your playground.

What dimensions? What weights?

When the boat is stored in its 2 bags:
- Dimensions of the hull bag (not included, part no. 8601206):
length x width x height (cm): 165 x 58 x 33
- Dimensions of the sail, keel and appendage bag:
length x width x height (cm): 150 x 31 x 31

When assembled:
- Dimensions of inflated hull:
length x width (cm): 308 x 140

Boat weight: 39 kg.
Transport weight: 46 kg (1 x 35kg bag, 1 x 11kg bag).

What if the boat has a hole in it?

The boat's hull uses the "Dropstich" technology already tried and tested on our stand-up paddle range (2 layers of PVC linked together by thousands of polyester filaments). So it would take something sharp to make this happen.

What if it did?
The Tribord 5S hull has been designed with 3 independent bladders to ensure safe return to shore, even if one of the bladders punctures.

SERVICE

- 100% of parts are available from our after-sales service
- Repairable hull
- Repairability kit: most minor damage is easily repaired with the hull-colored patches supplied with the boat (glue sold separately).
