Binding compatibility for touring skis
Please note that the tip of the pole is not compatible with the climbing wedge mechanism of the Wedze touring bindings and the Dynafit Speed Turn binding.
Why a removable strap?
We developed this removable strap after taking part in numerous mountain rescue training courses. Rescue organizations agree that skiing off-piste or ski touring with straps increases the risk of injury in the event of a fall. Similarly, when a skier is caught in an avalanche, the pole with its strap can act as an ink, increasing the risk of burial. To reduce these risks, we have developed a removable strap.
Washers
95 mm wide washers for good load-bearing capacity in soft snow.
The design of the washer gives a softer part that makes it easier to move and push on the flat when approaching ski touring.
Tips
The Tungsten tip makes it easy to plant the pole in all types of snow, especially very hard snow.
