With 30% carbon, the 500 stick is a lightweight stick that retains good rigidity and impact resistance.

Skating: poles are larger to maximize thrust
Classic: poles are smaller.

They can be made of:
Aluminum: strong and heavy = ideal for beginners,
Fiberglass: lighter, but more fragile,
Carbon fiber and other materials: very light and rigid.

1- Take poles at shoulder height
2 - Multiply your height in cm X 0.89 to find the size of your poles.
