Adjustable length

The PUSH PIN system allows you to lock the size from 70cm to 100cm every 5cm, i.e. 7 possibilities.

How do I adjust the size of a stick?

Hold the stick upside down, with your hand under the puck. The elbow should be at right angles to the body, + or - 5 cm.

Washer

Clip-on washer. Notch for easy transport and storage, securing the poles together. Small washer size for lightness and precision. Ideal for downhill skiing.
