How do I equip myself for sledding?

We recommend you wear:
- A ski helmet to enjoy the pleasures of sledding safely.
- A goggle: to protect your eyes from UV rays and to keep your vision clear when speeding.
- Gloves: to keep your hands warm and dry.
- A warm, waterproof wetsuit or ski suit.
- Warm, waterproof snow boots with good grip.
- A pair of gaiters to limit the entry of snow at the bottom of the jam.
