TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Preparation tip

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 to 750 ml of water, according to your preference.
Tablets dissolve completely. 10 tablets produce up to 7.5 liters of sports drink.

Directions for use

Start the drink within the first few minutes of running, then drink small quantities every 15 to 20 minutes. Consume 500 ml/hour.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep out of reach of young children.

Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
