TECHNICAL INFORMATION

FOR WHICH ATHLETES?

ISO+ powder is designed for all athletes (triathletes, marathoners, runners, etc.) making efforts of over 3 hours, whether training or racing. One dose of ISO+ (38g) should be diluted in 500ml of water. We advise you to drink one bottle per hour of effort, but this is a general recommendation. Everyone knows how they perspire, so adapt their hydration accordingly.

A PRODUCT DESIGNED FOR ENDURANCE EFFORTS

An isotonic drink contains the same amount of carbohydrates, sodium and water as your blood. This makes it easier for your body to absorb it, and therefore to hydrate you. ISO+ also contains:
- vitamins B3 and B6, which help combat muscular fatigue,
- vitamins C and selenium, which help protect your cells from oxidative stress (cramps),
- minerals to compensate for sweat losses.

A LITTLE POINT ABOUT DOSAGE

If the quantity of carbohydrates, sodium and water contained in your drink is greater than that contained in your blood, your drink is no longer isotonic, but hypertonic, and does not promote hydration as much as an isotonic drink.
In the opposite case (ISO+ powder is too diluted), it is hypotonic and favors water absorption to the detriment of nutrient absorption.

ZOOM ON THE NEW FORMULA

Our new formula contains less than 50% sugar among carbohydrates. We've also added 1g of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) per 38g dose of ISO+ with a 2:1:1 ratio of L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine.

ISO AND ISO+, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

- The ISO drink is suitable for efforts between 1 and 3 hours. We recommend consuming a dose of 38g in 500ml of water.
- ISO+ is suitable for efforts of 3 hours or more. We recommend 60g of carbohydrates per hour of effort, i.e. one dose of ISO+ in addition to a bar or gel.

Composition

Isotonic sports drink powder with branched-chain amino acids, flavored. Rich in vitamins B1, B3, B6. Source of vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, selenium. Orange flavor. Ingredients : Maltodextrin (46%), sucrose (29%), fructose (12%), acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, BCAA (2.6%): L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium citrate, natural orange flavor with other natural flavors, vitamins: thiamine mononitrate (B1), niacinamide (B3), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), concentrated acerola juice, coloring foodstuff (carrot concentrate, hibiscus), sodium selenite, color: beta-carotene. May contain traces of : GLUTEN, SHELLFISH, EGG, FISH, SOYA, MILK, CELERY, SULPHITES, NUTS, MOLLUSKS, LUPIN.
