FOR WHICH ATHLETES?
ISO powder is designed for all athletes (triathletes, marathoners, runners, etc.) making efforts of less than 3 hours, whether training or racing. One dose of ISO (38g) should be diluted in 500ml of water. We advise you to drink one bottle per hour of effort, but this is a general recommendation. Everyone knows how they perspire, so adapt their hydration accordingly.
A PRODUCT DESIGNED FOR ENDURANCE EFFORTS
An isotonic drink contains the same amount of carbohydrates, sodium and water as your blood. This makes it easier for your body to absorb it, and thus hydrate you. The ISO drink also contains:
- vitamins B2 and B6 to help combat muscular fatigue,
- vitamin C to help protect your cells from oxidative stress,
- minerals to compensate for sweat losses.
A LITTLE POINT ABOUT DOSAGE
If the quantity of carbohydrates, sodium and water contained in your drink is greater than that contained in your blood, your drink is no longer isotonic, but hypertonic and promotes dehydration.
In the opposite case (the ISO powder is too diluted), it is hypotonic and promotes hydration to the detriment of nutrient absorption. You can use this dosage when it's very hot, so you can drink more without consuming too much powder!
ISO AND ISO+, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?
- The ISO drink is suitable for efforts between 1 and 3 hours. We recommend consuming a dose of 38g in 500ml of water.
- ISO+ is suitable for efforts of 3 hours or more. We recommend that you consume 60g of carbohydrates per hour of effort, i.e. a dose of 38g of ISO+ dissolved in a 500ml bottle of water, and topped up with a gel or bar.

ON THE ROAD TO THE SPORTS NUTRITION OF THE FUTURE: RESPONSIBLE, MORE NATURAL, AND ALWAYS TASTY!
Aube, Ingredient Engineer:
"There's nothing regulatory about our choice of ingredients. We base our choices on studies that point the finger at additives that are controversial from an ethical, environmental and health point of view. Little by little, we're moving towards a simpler process. Ideally, we want to design local products that are as natural as possible. The taste will be more rustic, but that's a habit you'll have to get used to!".
