To reconstitute an isotonic drink: dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water.

Directions for use

During warm-up (150 ml every 1/4 hour) and regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after exercise) (150 ml every 1/4 hour).

Composition

Preparation for carbohydrate and electrolyte drinks, with reduced energy value (34% less than the classic exercise drink), with sugars and sweetener. Lemon flavor. Ingredients:Dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, starch, maltodextrin, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors (color: carotenoids), potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sweetener: aspartame, vitamins C, E, thiamine (B1).
