How is isothermicity tested?
We tested this food can in the laboratory, in accordance with EN 12546-1, at an ambient temperature of 20°C, filled to its full volume. The time taken to go from 95°C to 50°C (drinking temperature felt to be hot enough to drink) is over 30 hours.
The secret of the isothermal water bottle?
The double-walled, air-vacuated stainless steel of this isothermal bottle blocks heat by conduction and convection. A thin layer of copper limits heat exchange by radiation.
Here are a few tips to improve isothermics: fill your bottle with hot water for 5 minutes, then replace the water with your hot liquids and close it. The fuller the bottle, the better the preservation.
Beware, as the gourd is very isothermal, liquids will remain hot for a long time.
What are the features of the 900 isothermal bottle?
The quick-release cap opens with one hand by lifting the white latch. It closes by pressing it down or screwing the cup back on.
A removable tea filter is attached to the cap, and simply pulled out to separate it from the cap. Caution: if you remove the filter after immersing it in hot liquid, it may burn.
The included tumbler screws onto the bottle for easy transport, and is made of double-walled stainless steel with no air gap.

How do I maintain my 900 isothermal bottle?
Before first use, wash and rinse the entire product 3 times.
For optimum washing and drying:
1. Separate all components;
2. Wash in soapy water by hand (use a fine brush to get into the nooks and crannies) or in the dishwasher;
3. Rinse in clean water;
4. Leave to dry separately, leaving the cap open while drying.
If you notice any odors, soak the bottle overnight in a solution of water and baking soda.
What are the regulations concerning the materials used in the 900 isothermal bottle?
Our products and materials meet current food contact standards. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in compliance with current French regulations. We have chosen 18/8 (304) stainless steel for the body of the bottle, recognized for its food safety, and heat- and shock-resistant polypropylene for the stopper.
