During sporting activities, your breasts, which are fragile and supported almost entirely by the skin, are subjected to much greater stress than in everyday life. Whether you're wearing a cup or of a certain age, your breasts are subjected to movement and rebound, and can weigh up to 5 times their own weight, depending on the intensity. A sports bra gives them the support and comfort they need during your fitness activities. It protects them from impact, pain and premature sagging.
Find the right support: not too weak, not too strong
During sporting activities, the skin and ligaments of the chest are stretched. Without sufficient support, you risk pain or premature sagging. However, too much support can also be harmful in the long term: it must be adapted to the size of the cup and the intensity of the impact. The aim is to protect your breasts without altering their natural movement.
Three levels of support depending on your sport
We've designed our bras with three different levels of support depending on the sport you practice: low support for activities that produce gentle chest movements (Pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening...); medium support for activities that cause moderate, non-repetitive bouncing (dance fitness, cardio-training...); high support for activities associated with intense movements (step, treadmill, trampoline...).
How do I choose the right bra size?
A bra size that's right for you guarantees support and comfort for your breasts. To choose the right size, take a tape measure and measure your bust circumference (without wearing a bra): stand in front of a mirror; hold the tape horizontally, at the top of your back, on the lower part of your shoulder blades; pass the tape over the end of your bust; take the measurement loosely; refer to the size chart to identify your size.
How are DOMYOS bras designed?

We don't use underwires to avoid the risk of injury and lymph node compression, we minimize seams at the nipple to limit the risk of irritation, and we favor components that allow perspiration to evaporate to guarantee your comfort and considerably reduce the risk of irritation.
How are DOMYOS bras tested?
All models are validated in our laboratories using a breast support test that measures the reduction in breast acceleration during sport*. They are evaluated and ranked from 1 to 5: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for strong support.
*Fitness bras DOMYOS guarantee a reduction in breast acceleration of at least 10% (level 1) up to 50% (level 5) compared with a conventional city bra.
