It's so easy! To benefit from its relaxing properties, all you need is a few spritzes on a textile: pillow, garment, curtain, sofa, etc.
Why not spray the mist into the air? Simply because fragrance molecules need to cling to something!
Do not spray the mist onto the skin.

Any contraindications?
CALM mist is not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 6. Do not apply directly to the skin.
