Design
We've taken your opinions into account to improve the Classic Goal soccer goal.
Together with the design team, we have improved the goal by adding a cataphoresis treatment that gives us a 5-year guarantee against corrosion.
Standard
Because it's important to accompany the steps of young footballers in complete safety, we've developed this soccer goal which weighs no more than 18kg, thus complying with French standards.
Strength test
When designing the Classic Goal, we put in place specific tests Kipsta to guarantee the product's resistance, stability and safety.
For example, to assess the product's solidity, we carry out load tests in our laboratory which reproduce the weight of a child. During this test, the goal is put to the test, a load of 63kg (for size L) is applied and we come to check that the product does not deform.
Strength and stability tests
To test the strength of our net fasteners, we recently introduced a fatigue test which reproduces the behavior of the net during play. In this way, we ensure that the fastener does not break during 5000 cycles. Based on our observations in the field, we wanted to develop stability-related tests. For this reason, a tilt test is carried out on our entire range of goals to ensure product stability, with a requirement of 25°.
